Uses for Lipstick

By Kendra Flint Heltne During the winter months, nothing can perk up the cold weather blah's like some sexy red lipstick! While lipstick and liners are obviously meant for the lips, they are now being used in a much less conventional way! A wave of "How To" videos have been sweeping the internet showing a range of coral to red lipsticks and lip liners being placed under the eyes over dark circles and on other problem areas prior to using foundation. As crazy as this may sound, I put this "home remedy" or "D.I.Y." method to test using Primal Lip Liner from Younique and the results were incredible! Not only were the dark purple rings under my eyes gone, but it also managed to brighten up my overall appearance! So next time you don't get enough sleep or notice a sun spot, forget about having to pile on pounds of foundation in that area and run the risk of looking like a "cake face" just pull out your red lip liner!

How long have you been a model? Been doing it full time for over 2 years What would you tell someone who wanted to break into modeling? Know what you want from it, stick to your morales & keep a strong head with tough skin. It's a business & your dealing with corporations, not people. Yes there are people involved but they're just puppets - remember that. How did you get your start? I got scouted by a photographer when I was living in Cardiff & got into modelling. Who are some of your favorite designers? I don't really have any. I tend not to be materialistic despite the industry that I work in. I like getting clothes for free from friends, or making my own from random things. Even charity shops are a good idea, we all have too many clothes as it is. We need to be more logical with what we buy, why we buy it and if so where from. What has been your greatest achievement so far? Still being alive up until this day. Life is tough, and that I'm just here is enough. What goal or goals would you still like to accomplish? Viva la revolution â?¤ď¸?ď¸? Where do you see yourself in 5 years? I have no idea, the only path I can see is the 5 metres in front of me. It could be magical & sparkly or it could be the cliff end. That's what I love, not knowing, spontaneity. As long as I'm happy & on the right path for my journey that's all that matters.
