Sandi is a Canadian mixed media artist, currently residing in Vancouver, B.C. Her works are a reflection of her life experiences. Well travelled, she has been enriched by many cultures. Most recently, in Mexico, she produced three large-scale public murals. She also volunteered for five years as the CEO of an art-based NGO in Cambodia that worked with impoverished communities. As a high school art teacher at Nipsihkopahk HS in Maskwacis, Alberta she developed the art program as well as taught in many disciplines such as stone sculpture, ceramics and silkscreening, and traditional fine arts.
