Le nuove soluzioni ne potenziano la versatilità, permettendo la legatura di scatole con regge in plastica da 5-15mm comunemente usate nel settore del cartone ondulato. Tutti gli sforzi messi in campo dal team di ingegneri progettisti del Gruppo è rivolto a una produzione zero scarti, come dimostrato nel corso della demo che ha visto la realizzazione di una scatola finita, partendo da un foglio steso stampato in offset, protagonista di un imballo neutro all’esterno e dall’effetto wow per una “unboxing experience”, come richiesto oggi dai clienti, grazie proprio alla stampa interna. Quindi dal file pdf, il foglio è stato stampato, e successivamente accoppiato nel Packaging Center di BOBST su una Masterstar dotata di assistenza video in remoto, fustellato sulla MasterCut 1.65 PER con l’impiego del TooLink, pallettizzato con il sistema Palletizer 2.1 e infine piegato e incollato sulla ExpertFold 165 e-commerce con Speedpack, anch’esso aggiornato recentemente, e che può essere configurato con unità di reggiatura oppure con un modulo di fasciatura singola, doppia o trasversale.
