Conway Area Leadership Institute Names 2021 Class

CALI prepares emerging leaders in Conway to serve the community through shared experiences and frequent interactions driven by an eight-month curriculum inspired by Conway2025.

Conway2025 is a long-range strategic plan developed with the input of more than 1,400 area residents. This plan identifies seven sectors of importance for the overall growth and sustainability of Conway including education, public safety, development and public health, among others.

“Each year, we take a group of highly motivated individuals from the community and give them the opportunity to engage with community leaders, businesses and nonprofit organizations,” said Corey Parks, vice president of economic development at the Conway Area Chamber of Commerce and Conway Development Corporation. “Upon graduation, they are ready to get involved in our community and help make Conway a better place through their service.”

The Conway Area Leadership Institute’s program sponsor is Arkansas First Bank & Trust and Rock Pond Pros is the program underwriter.
