Phoenix. Thomas has experience working across all major commercial asset types, with an emphasis on multifamily agency debt. Thomas also works directly with borrowers and lenders throughout the closing process to ensure each transaction’s due diligence items are delivered in a timely manner. He seeks to leverage strong relationships with a broad range of lenders, including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA/HUD, life insurance companies, banks, REITS, CMBS, and debt funds to help sponsor partners effectively execute on their business plans.
Prior to joining Colliers Mortgage, Thomas was an Acquisition Manager at Century Communities (NYSE:CCS) where he helped acquire more than $80MM of land for the development and construction of single family homes in the Houston MSA.
