Green Smoothie This recipe really shows off the versatility of our mixes, balancing the coconut and pineapple of our piña colada mix against the richness of avocado and the creamy, vegetal flavours of baby spinach to create a really exciting green smoothie.

ingredients • ½ Avocado • 100 ml Island Oasis Piña Colada • 20 Baby Spinach Leaves

If using a standard blender, fill your 330 ml serving glass with ice cubes, put the ice into the blender, add your Island Oasis product and blend.

1. Combine all of the ingredients into the Island Oasis blender, choosing the freshest spinach leaves and ensuring the avocado is free of skin and stone.

2. Pour gently into a tall glass and serve with breakfast or lunch for a real energy boost.

Ingredients • 180 ml Island Oasis Strawberry

Signature Lemonade Our basic frozen lemonade is a great place to start for a citrusy cocktail base. You can build on this recipe to your heart’s content.

TIP: We dare you to try to improve this, but if you really want to try, a toffee syrup or a little chocolate dust into the mix can go a long way.

Fruit Overload

A true overload, this recipe uses three of our favourite mixes, raspberry, mango, and blueberry and pomegranate. Our smoothies are an excellent base for experimentation.

Ingredients • 30 ml Island Oasis Raspberry • 90 ml Island Oasis Mango

Chai Milkshake A spiced twist on our classic milkshake recipe, combining our Island Oasis ice cream mix and a chai syrup.

Ingredients • 180 ml Island Oasis Ice Cream • 30 ml Chai Syrup

If using a standard blender, fill your 330 ml serving glass with ice cubes, put the ice into the blender, add your Island Oasis product and blend.

method

1. Chai syrup can be easily bought, but if you fancy having a go at making it yourself, you need to do the following. Brew a strong batch of chai tea (1 bag for 100 ml of water). Bring to the boil and allow to sit for 5 minutes. Remove the teabags and mix the resulting liquid in equal parts with caster sugar.

2. Combine all of the ingredients into your Island Oasis blender.

3. Blend and pour gently into a hurricane glass. Garnish with a cinnamon stick.

Classic Shake

The simplest form of our milkshakes, the bold vanilla flavours of our Island Oasis ice cream mix easily stand up on their own. This is a great base for you to experiment with.

Ingredients • 180 ml Island Oasis Ice Cream

2. Blend and pour gently into a hurricane glass. Garnish with a flake.

TIP: You can add almost anything to this recipe and it will be delicious. Try your favourite liqueur for an easy twist.

Strawberry Milkshake A delicious strawberry twist on our classic milkshake recipe, combining our Island Oasis strawberry and ice cream mixes for something really tasty.

TIP: We don’t really want you to change this one – it’s more or less perfect as it is.

Millionaire Milkshake

The top of the pile when it comes to our frozen shakes. This combines a whole host of fruits with our Island Oasis ice cream mix for a shake that’s as bold as it is colourful.

Ingredients • 30 ml Island Oasis Strawberry • 30 ml Island Oasis Blueberry and Pomegranate • 30 ml Island Oasis Mango • 90 ml Island Oasis Ice cream

If using a standard blender, fill your 330 ml serving glass with ice cubes, put the ice into the blender, add your Island Oasis product and blend.

1. Combine all of the ingredients into your Island Oasis blender.

2. Blend and pour gently into a hurricane glass. Garnish with a whole bunch of fruits – go heavy on the berries here.

TIP: Go on, chuck a slug of white rum into this recipe. It’s too good not to.

Mango Piña Colada Milkshake

A soft twist on our favourite piña colada using Island Oasis mango, ice cream and of course, piña colada.

Ingredients

• 45 ml Island Oasis Mango • 45 ml Island Oasis Piña Colada • 90 ml Island Oasis Ice Cream

1. Combine all of the ingredients into your Island Oasis blender.

2. Blend and pour gently into a hurricane glass. Garnish with a spear of pineapple and a slice of mango.

TIP: A splash of dark or white rum will easily turn this recipe into a regular mango colada. Yum!

Oreo milkshake An awesome shake with a blend of our vanilla Island Oasis Ice Cream and Oreo cookies, a true American diner classic.

Ingredients • 2 Oreo cookies • 180ml Island Oasis Ice cream

If using a standard blender, fill your 330 ml serving glass with ice cubes, put the ice into the blender, add your Island Oasis product and blend.

method

1. Combine cookies and ice cream mix into the Island Oasis blender, breaking the cookies in half to ensure an even blend.

2. Blend until the cookies are black flecks and the drink is smooth.

3. Pour into a chalice glass and garnish with a whole Oreo.

TIP: Go mad on Oreos: try peanut butter, mint, double-stuffed, whatever you like. If you can get ‘em you can blend ‘em.

Mint Chocolate milkshake

A bright, fresh chocolate delight, really shows off the versatility of our Ice Cream base.

Ingredients • 180ml Island Oasis Ice Cream • 60ml Chocolate Sauce • 15ml Mint Syrup

If using a standard blender, fill your 330 ml serving glass with ice cubes, put the ice into the blender, add your Island Oasis product and blend.

1. Combine all of the ingredients into your Island Oasis machine, feel free to be generous with the chocolate sauce.

2. Blend and pour gently into a chalice glass. Garnish with a tower of squirty cream and a mint sprig.

TIP: Swap the syrup for a dash of crème de menthe, add a slug of vodka or white rum and voila you’ve got a grasshopper!

Strawberry Shortcake milkshake

A biscuity, indulgent shake. The maltier the biscuits, the better this shake will be.

Ingredients • 180ml Island Oasis Ice Cream • 60ml Strawberry Sauce • 2/3 Small shortbread biscuits

If using a standard blender, fill your 330 ml serving glass with ice cubes, put the ice into the blender, add your Island Oasis product and blend.

1. Combine all of the ingredients into your Island Oasis machine, Blend and pour gently into a hurricane glass.

2. Garnish with a tower of squirty cream, a biscuit and some strawberry pieces.

TIP: Why not try adding some fresh strawberries or getting adventurous with your biscuits? Why not try ginger or chocolate ones?

Chocolate Milkshake

Our classic chocolate milkshake, rich and familiar. Perfect for kids and grown-up kids.

Ingredients • 180ml Island Oasis Ice Cream • 60ml Chocolate sauce

1. Combine all of the ingredients into your Island Oasis machine, feel free to be generous with the chocolate sauce.

TIP: For a double chocolate shake, a heaped teaspoon of drinking chocolate powder will really take it up a notch.

An all time classic. Made with our Island Oasis Mojito mix and a splash of white rum, it’s bright and thirst-quenching, capable of adding a splash of summer to any party.

Ingredients

• 125ml IO Mojito • 50ml white rum

1. Combine Mojito mix and your preferred brand of white rum into the Island Oasis blender.

2. Blend and pour gently into a tall glass, garnish with a proud mint sprig and a wedge of fresh lime.

Ingredients • 10 ml Island Oasis Ice Cream • 20 ml Coconut Rum • 40 ml Dark Rum • 60 ml Island Oasis Piña Colada • 20 ml Island Oasis Strawberry

If using a standard blender, fill your 330 ml serving glass with ice cubes, put the ice into the blender, add your Island Oasis product and blend.

1. Combine all of the ingredients into an Island Oasis machine and blend.

2. Pour gently into a hurricane glass and garnish with a pineapple slice and a strawberry.

TIP: White rum will make this drink a little cleaner and lighter.

Strawberry Mojito A strawberry twist on our Island Oasis mojito. Pink and refreshing, the strawberry is balanced by the mojito’s iconic mint and lime.

• 100 ml Island Oasis Mojito • 25 ml Island Oasis Strawberry • 50 ml White Rum

TIP: Why not try a spiced rum instead for something a little different?

Pash Whisk Sour

No blenders allowed for this one, our mixes can be used in place of fruit purées for some truly excellent results worthy of the world’s top cocktail bars. A punchy, tropical twist on the evergreen whisky sour. Our preferred drop is Scotch or Irish here, although you could easily choose an American whisky for a bolder drink with bigger vanilla and oak flavours.

Ingredients • 50 ml Scotch, Irish or American Whisky • 20 ml Island Oasis Passionfruit

• 20 ml Lemon Juice • 5 ml Sugar Syrup • 10 ml Egg Whites

1. Combine all of the liquids into your cocktail shaker, adding the egg whites last.

Rosemary Lemonade

A simple twist on our signature frozen lemonade using an easy-to-make rosemary syrup. Our rosemary lemonade is juicy and refreshing with loads of complexity.

Ingredients • 15 ml Rosemary Syrup • 10 ml Lemon Juice

• 100 ml Island Oasis Lemonade • 50 ml Water

1. To make rosemary syrup; combine equal-parts-by-volume of caster sugar and cold water into a pan with 20 g of rosemary for each 100 ml of water. Bring to the boil and allow to cool to room temperature before using.
