Effective December 1st, Chadick Ellig will become Ellig Group. Our new name reflects a change in ownership, with Janice Ellig leading the team in a new office in the heart of Midtown Manhattan. And, based on input and feedback from you, our valued community of clients, candidates and colleagues, we are debuting a new Leadership Practice. An Expanded Service Offering… Ellig Group has taken this opportunity to reimagine our service offering. Our Executive Search Practice remains the cornerstone of our business, with its focus on retained senior-level searches for C-Suite, divisional, and boardroom placements. Our commitment to inclusion remains a differentiator, as we know that diverse leadership teams make for the best, most innovative, and most successful organizations. As game changers in the recruiting industry, we are immensely proud of our unparalleled track record: Over the past three years, 76% of our executive placements have been women, people of color, members of the LGBTQ community, people with disabilities, and veterans. We have also added a Leadership Practice, and over the coming weeks we will be sharing more about these services, which include a personalized Onboarding Service for executives; an expanded Executive Assessment methodology, with new online assessment tools and in-depth consultations; Executive Coaching for high-potential talent and executives in transition; and new Leadership Development Programs, including monthly seminars for “board-ready” women. Building on our strong reputation throughout the past 40 years as trusted advisors, Janice Ellig and Susan Chadick have had the honor of leading the company together since 2000. After recently celebrating her 30th anniversary in the executive search business, Susan is refocusing and rebalancing her interests as she says, “to work less intensely, and add other dimensions to the equation” of her life. However, Susan will continue her association with Ellig Group as a trusted friend and advisor, collaborating as appropriate under Chadick Advisors, LLC. We are incredibly excited to embark upon the next chapter of our journey at Ellig Group. To those who have partnered with us over the years, we thank you for all of the trust you have placed in us as we’ve had the privilege of helping you build out your organization’s leadership teams or navigate your own personal career changes.
