The research project and technological development Cool Haven emerged with the goal of developing a constructive solution that took into account the future sustainability requirements.

Cool Haven Concept We take advantage of a sustainable local renewable energy (solar and thermal inertia of the soil), natural ventilation, treatment of waste water and the use of rainwater.

We try to provide an ecological lifestyle!

We present a modular flexible and resilient structure, able to meet the needs for mobility and natural adaptation of families when facing an increase or decrease of the household.

The structural and constructive system is the key to this projectual method. It generates solutions with great responsiveness to different circumstances; The structural system adopts a default unit which articulates itself creating the structural modules. This enables a large set of possible combinations.


The components that make the modules are produced in factory, with all the layers that compose them.
