LUKAS JUTKIEWICZ BIRMINGHAM Jutkiewicz must’ve been gutted when Che Adams joined Southampton last summer – the duo had formed a really deadly partnership! The target man’s still had a good campaign without his mate, though – he’s won more aerial du els than anyone else in the league, and scored seven of his first nine Championship goals with his head!

FAMARA DIEDHIOU BRISTOL CITY Andreas Weimann might have busted more Championship nets for The Robins, but Senegal star Diedhiou has been more of an all-round threat for the play-off chasers! He’s their only player to have won over 100 aerial duels, and looks like he could form an awesome understanding with returning hero Jamie Paterson!

PATRICK BAMFORD LEEDS The ex-Chelsea forward joined Leeds at the start of 2018-19, but suffered an injury-plagued season, only managing nine league goals. He’s got back to full fitness this campaign and, after 27 league matches, he’d scored double the number of goals of any team-mate – and broken last season’s tally!

8

LYLE TAYLOR CHARLTON Taylor fired The Addicks to promotion last season as their top goalscorer, and has been just as lethal in 2019-20! Even though he’s suffered loads of injuries, he’s grabbed seven goals in 13 league games, but now his side are worrying that he could leave – his contract runs out in the summer!

STEVEN FLETCHER SHEFFIELD WEDNESDAY Fletch has had a few ankle niggles this campaign, but the Scotland striker’s been working hard in the gym to get himself fit – and it’s paying off! This is his best-ever scoring season in England and, by busting so many nets, he’s playing his way into his country’s set-up ahead of the Euro 2020 play-offs!

NAHKI WELLS QPR Wells has made just ten substitute appearances for Burnley since signing for The Clarets in 2017, but he’s loving playing regular football at Loftus Road this ye ar! The Bermuda international’s been directly involved in 15+ goals this campaign, and has formed a sick partnership with Jordan Hugill!

KARLAN GRANT HUDDERSFIELD Back in December, there was loads of gossip linking Grant with a move to the Premier League, with Wolves one club apparently well interested! Terriers gaffer Danny Cowley thinks he’s good enough to be playing in the Prem, and he’s probably gonna receive tons of offers in the summer – the striker’s scored bags of goals this season, and assisted some too!

1

OLLIE WATKINS BRENTFORD We’ve been massively impressed with Watkins this year – and there’s no surprise loads of Prem clubs are sniffing around him! The Bees have slapped a £25-million price tag on his head, but that could still go up before the season ends if he wins the Golden Boot and gets them promoted. The way he links up with Said Benrahma is great to watch!

2

ALEKSANDAR MITROVIC FULHAM Fulham did really well to convince the Serbia hitman to sign a new deal in the summer, because he hasn’t stopped busting nets! He went on a five-game scoring streak at the start of the campaign, and hit a matchwinning treble v Luton in October. The Cottagers need him to recover quickly from his ankle injury, so he can fire them to Prem promotion!
