Excellence in The Arts Agreement Sign-up:

• All sign-ups for The Arts extra-curricular activities are made via Parent Lounge each term.

• All sign-ups for The Arts extra-curricular activities are required by the end of Week 1 each term.

• Sign-up is for the whole term; parents need to re-enrol their child each term. Missed lessons:

• Group lessons are paid per term. No make-up lessons are provided for group lessons, unless a schoolbased event excludes student from attending (i.e., excursion).

• Private lessons are paid per term. 2 x make-up private lessons can be made per term if notification is provided to the Excellence in The Arts Coordinator prior to the start of the business day.

• If a tutor is unwell, families will be notified of an alternative lesson time. If an alternative lesson time is not available, families will receive a credit for that amount.

Behaviour Expectations:

• Students commit to attending lessons as outlined in the program.

• Students commit to bringing their essential resources (i.e., instruments, music book, dance uniform) to each lesson.

• Students will endeavour to practise 10min per weekday

• Students uphold the CCC CLEAR values while attending The Arts extra-curricular lessons.

• Students will be polite and courteous to tutors and instructors.

• Students MUST follow any reasonable instructions given by tutors and instructors.

Payment Process:

• Fees are paid upon sign-up. Please note that individual lessons attract additional fees.

Instrumental Music:

o Group Lessons are $200 per term - base rate & administration fee

o Individual Lessons - base rate of $200 plus an additional fee of $17 per lesson. If individual lessons are selected on sign-up, the remaining amount will be invoiced in Week 3 of each term, payable within 14 days from the date of issue.

o Instrument hire - $50 per instrument per term.

• Dance:

o Group Lessons are $160 per term - base rate & administration fee

o Individual Lessons - base rate of $200 plus an additional fee of $15.50 per lesson. If individual lessons are selected on sign-up, the remaining amount will be invoiced in Week 3 of each term, payable within 14 days from the date of issue.

• Musical Theatre: $180 per term base rate covers weekly 1-hour lessons/workshops, costumes, repertoire, excursions, and admin fee (minimal, basic costuming may be required to be sourced from home).

• Additional fees may apply for off-site events and incursions.

• The term fee is non-refundable should students not attend or withdraw from the program.

• Non-payment by the due date of the invoices for instrument hire and individual lessons may impact your students’ ongoing participation in the program.

Withdrawal Process:

• Students must complete one full term of tuition once enrolled in the program.

By accepting these conditions, my child and I are committing to adhere to the Excellence in The Arts agreement whilst enrolled in the program.
