Cooper Carry’s Multifamily Residential Studio has designed mid-rise condominiums to apartment buildings, lofts, and townhouses. With varying scale and complexity, these projects are often fully integrated into a larger mixed-use community, blending office, hospitality, and retail spaces with the residential component. We stay current with changing trends in the multifamily marketplace and monitor the evolution of consumer preferences to make sure our clients receive practical, affordable, marketable designs that meet the needs of potential residents.
