Multifamily RESIDENTIAL Studio Cooper Carry’s Multifamily Residential Studio has designed Mall everything from low-rise and high-rise condominiums and Repositioning apartment buildings, to lofts and townhomes. With the acquisition of 505Design, we add single-family and master planned communities to our portfolio. With varying scale and complexity, these projects are often fully integrated into a larger mixed-use community, blending office, hospitality, and retail spaces with the residential component. Over the past 15 years, we have helped Bright Realty realize the evolution of castle hills through a variety of new developments. The addition of retail, community amenities, spec office buildings, and a variety of new residential products have helped Castle Hills grow as a prominent development in the Dallas suburb of Lewisville, Texas.

Eastern Wharf is a phased 58-acre mixed-use development situated in a key location adjacent to historic downtown Savannah with 2,000 linear feet of frontage along the Savannah River. The Eastern Wharf Master Plan evolved from a partially developed site which fell victim to the Great Recession. Cooper Carry worked with its developer clients to envision and document a plan which utilized as much of the infrastructure already in place on the property while rightsizing blocks for better development flexibility and functionality.

DESIGN SERVICES ARCHITECTURE

A connected network of quality public spaces drove the evolution of the master plan. The first phase of development includes a 80-foot-wide waterfront park along the river, a large one-acre park at the heart of the development which provides the opportunity for larger gatherings and events, and an internal activated linear park that extends views and river access deep into the property. Cooper Carry transitioned from the master plan to architectural design for the first two phases of residential and a retail block.

RIVERWALK ROCK HILL, SC Riverwalk is a 1,000-acre master planned, mixed-use community on the banks of the Catawba River. The community includes multifamily and single-family residential, a boutique retail district and business park, recreation spaces, multi-use trails, and a public greenway, all promoting an active lifestyle.

For decades, the City of Rock Hill had no easy access to the Catawba River. The design vision for Riverwalk was inspired by this active lifestyle and the opportunity to experience “life on the river.” This advanced the City’s goals of creating a destination where residents and visitors alike could enjoy all that Riverwalk has to offer, whether it’s shopping, dining, hiking, biking, or kayaking—all are welcome. The recreation experience is amplified through the on-site velodrome and BMX facility, which positioned the City of Rock Hill as a world-class recreation and hospitality destination.
