Since 1960, Cooper Carry has strived to create spaces that connect people to place. Like our founder Jerry Cooper, we do this by being curious and asking questions to determine the best solutions for our clients and the communities they serve.
Cooper Carry’s leaders are advocates and authorities for their specialties, empowered by decades of expertise to make decisions that prioritize placemaking, civic space, and the greater good of communities, tenants, residents, and visitors.
Ecosystems bring many diverse contributors together to create something far beyond the capacity of one. They create and capture new and greater value. At Cooper Carry, we approach our work as a collaborative ecosystem. We have multiple studios and services that mix and match daily to provide each project the depth of expertise it needs to meet business objectives. Our breadth of experience goes far beyond broad building types. We offer a deeper level of expertise, engaging in more possibilities and offering more creative solutions. The mixed-use ecosystem allows us to help our clients create the platform on which tenants and target audiences can flourish.
At Cooper Carry we understand the importance of connecting people to place. This is especially true when designing transit stations and the communities which surround them. Our experience in having designed more than 80 mixed-use projects with transit as an integral part has honed our design skills due to there being so many nuanced influencers for these type projects.
This, coupled with our transit team’s design of more than a dozen transit stations, has resulted in Cooper Carry designers being uniquely qualified to design your next transit-oriented project.
