In Running Wagering The new way to bet on Sports With sports betting seeming to be more and more like the stock market every day its no surprise to hear about the latest Las Vegas creation from Wall Streets Cantor Fitzgerald's subsidiary Cantor Gaming. The newest innovation to vegas is called in running wagering and it allows you to place multiple sports bets throughout any given game. So how does in running wagering work? A sports bettor will put a deposit of at least $200.00 into an account and each bet can be wagered for anywhere from $20.00 to a maximum of $1000.00. Throughout the entire game the odds are constantly changing on a highly complex algorithm with complex mathematical formulas created and developed by Andrew Garrood of Cantor Gaming. For example in the NCAA March Madness championship between the Duke Blue Devils and the Butler Bulldogs the college basketball odds opened at tip-off as the Blue Devils as a 7 point favorite. After 15 minutes into the game and Duke was winning 26-20 the odds changed to Duke being an 8.5 point favorite allowing sports bettors to place wagers throughout the entire game very similar to the stock market allowing traders to place trades on the long or short side while hedging their bets throughout the entire trading day. Very similar concept here but with sports betting. Throughout the entire College basketball championship game the odds changed 89 different times giving even the most hardcore gambler his fix above and beyond proposition bets. Teddy Covers is a professional gamer who can hedge his in game bets and was featured (his last name probably isn't covers but it would be a crazy coincidence if it was) who sits down at the new M casino 10 minutes outside of the Las Vegas Strip and wagers full time. He certainly could use some of our sports betting tips to control the over betting syndrome that in game wagering is plaguing upon certain gamblers. While others who can take the hard work aspect and really figure out how to monetize in game wagering by properly hedging their wagers throughout a gaming event. Lee Amaitis of Cantor Fitzgerald owns the closely coveted MIDAS and protects it as if it were his gold as we couldn't get a hands on tour. In Las Vegas, Nevada sportsbooks last year $2.5 billion were bet on sports and on average each book brings in about $140 million each year and with in game wagering Vegas hopes to increase that number. The pace and rush is very similar to that of the stock market and Cantor gaming hopes that Vegas can prosper on that. Dr. Robert Hunter who is a renowned gambling pyschologist in the Vegas area thinks that in running wagering is a nifty idea and a novelty that may or may not catch on but none the less sees it as a fix to a gamblers compulsive behavior who can not control a

disciplined focus may end up finding the in game wagering a dagger to their bankroll. While he also points out that in running wagering does allow bettors to make up for any bad bets that were placed and since the odds change split seconds after each play you can always protect yourself and end the day with a bigger bank roll than you started with! In Running Wagering is now available at the Venetian (Palazzo and the M resort Casino, and Spa) You can also access the information from your iPhone.
