Cooroy Rag community grants

YOUR community newspaper has money to give away for 2023.

Every year, the Cooroy Rag Community Newspaper gives its profits back to the local community.

Since 2000, more than $1 million of advertiser money has been returned to local community groups.

Local community groups can apply for grants of $500 to $2,500 cash.

This process is conducted by the Cooroy Rag committee and submissions are now open for 2023 grants. Applicants must be an organisation that supports our community and is based in the Cooroy Rag distribution area. The grants program is not open to individuals.

To apply, send a one-page letter to Cooroy Rag Community Grants, president@ cooroyrag.com.au, with a brief background of your organisation, how it helps the community, and what the funds will be used for, by 27 September. Applications outside of the submission deadlines will not be eligible.
