The Club at CopperWynd offers over 35 fitness and aerobics classes weekly. Members and guests are able to relieve stress and improve flexibility with a hot yoga class, tone their muscles by attending a pilates class, relax with the slow graceful movements of Tai Chi, and get energized by the excitement of Zumba every single week. Saturday Hikes With Jordan
A low impact, low stress movement and stretching routine that incorporates active stretching techniques to improve balance, flexibility, and range of motion.
Explore the great outdoors while simultaneously learning about our beautiful desert surroundings. All participants must sign up at the Fitness Desk, as space is limited. All participants are advised to dress appropriately for the conditions and bring any needed snacks and water.
Espresso Yoga Flow is a combination of playful, flowing poses, and steady centering poses. This is an exhilarating Vinyasa style class set to fun, upbeat music, designed for those who want to sweat. Explore inversions and arm balances while experiencing stillness within motion.
Posterior Pump Today, we often neglect our posterior muscles as we focus on the muscles that other people can see such as our abs, biceps, and chest. Also, as a society, we have shifted to a more dormant lifestyle where we remain sedentary for extended periods of time.
Post-Work Power Hour Focuses on full body, functional training. The class takes place both inside and outside, depending on weather and varies in intensity, creativity, and difficulty each week. It is designed to build muscle, burn calories, and let off a little steam after a long day.
Meditative Sound Therapy A relaxing class where participants are taken through a guided meditation that allows the body and mind to deeply relax. The class is a combination of Yoga Nidra and Sound Healing where the participant is placed in a comfortable position on a yoga mat, utilizing yoga blankets and any other props needed. During the meditation session, crystal, and/or Tibetan singing bowls are played in different keys in order to assist class participants with the healing and harmonization of the human energy system.

Small Group Training Designed for those individuals who are looking for the individual benefits of personal training in a group setting. In a circuit type of format, the class is led through a combination of both upper and lower body exercises, along with various core strengthening exercises. It is formatted for low weight, high repetition strength training exercises, that can be tailored for all fitness levels. Each exercise accomplishes both muscular and cardiovascular strengthening.
Total Body Challenge A fun and exciting cardiovascular workout incorporating interval training. Combines weights and cardio. A great way to get your body moving!
Yoga Stretch is an intermediate class with a moderate pace. The aim of this class is to increase flexibility and to relieve tension within the body by using specific poses with a focus on proper alignment and safety. This class is accessible to all ability levels.
ZUMBA The feel happy workout. ZUMBA is a fusion of Latin and International dance themes creating a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness system. The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. It is a mixture of body sculpting movements with easy to follow dance steps.
