Borrow from your local Toy Library There are a number of toy libraries operating within the City of Port Phillip. Toy libraries are membershipbased and enable members to borrow toys for their children (zero-eight years of age) during weekly borrowing times, in exchange for a modest yearly fee and assisting with the operation of the library.
