7-Layer Cookies
INGREDIENTS ½ c butter 1 c graham cracker crumbs 1 c shredded coconut 1 6 oz package chocolate chips 1 6 oz package butterscotch chips 1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk 1 ½ c walnuts, chopped
DIRECTIONS Melt butter in 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs evenly over melted butter. Sprinkle coconut over evenly, then chocolate and butterscotch chips. Drizzle condensed milk evenly over mixture. Top with nuts. Bake at 350⁰ for 30 minutes. Cut in 1 ½ to 2 inch squares.
