Condos for $1.5 Million in Coral Gables
Residential real estate in Coral Gables continues to be a seller’s market, with single family homes in high demand. The inventory of such homes fell by nearly 50 percent last year. The inventory of condominiums, on the other hand, fell by about 25 percent, with less pressure on prices. So, are condos now a better buy for families relocating here – or simply downsizing?
