ARTICLE 1 RECOGNITION
The City recognizes the F.O.P. as the sole and exclusive Collective Bargaining Agent, for the purposes set forth in Chapter 447, Part II, Florida Statutes, of those employees within the Bargaining Units certified in Florida Public Employees Relations Commission Certification No. 868 (hereinafter referred to as “employees” or “members”).
