Section 1. Full time law enforcement officers will be paid based upon the appropriate step plan for their sworn-in date and the step that they are on in accordance with the following table:

Part Time Seasonal School Resource Officers will be paid as follows:
• From 10/1/21 – 9/30/22: $34.89 per hour • From 10/1/22 – 9/29/23: $35.94 per hour • On 9/30/23: $37.02 per hour • Paid a retention award of $2,000 payable on the payroll which includes December 1st and $4,000 payable on the payroll which includes June 1st . • Part Time Seasonal School Resource Officers shall not work more than 1,528 hours within a 12-month period.
• Part Time Seasonal School Resource Officers will be paid similarly to part time non-bargaining unit employees for holidays in accordance with City Administrative
Policy 06.04.06.
Part Time Officers (Various Assignments) will be paid as follows:
• The pay range for Part Time Officers assigned to prisoner transport is $29.59 per hour to a maximum of $45.17 per hour. • The pay range for Part Time Officers assigned to an administrative capacity is $27.04 per hour to $45.17 per hour. • Part Time Officers will receive a 3% increase on their base pay on October 1 of each year. • Part Time Officers shall not work more than 1,528 hours within a 12-month period. • Part Time Officers will be paid similarly to part time non-bargaining unit employees for holidays in accordance with City Administrative Policy 06.04.06.
Section 2. A member (excluding those assigned to the Patrol division) who is temporarily assigned to a position higher than their regular position for three or more consecutive shifts (excluding normally scheduled days off), will receive step-up pay of $50 per day beginning the first day of the temporary assignment. Such temporary assignments are at the sole discretion of the component supervisor, and other than for payment, are not subject to the filing of grievances or arbitration
