Micro Top XS - Micro Top XS morbido - Micro Top XS DU - Micro Top XST

1.- Product Class

Laminates of Micro Top group can be used for coating a lot of profiles.

2.- Description

Micro Top products are obtained laminating a layer of decorative paper which is impregnated with particular thermo-plastic resins combined with a support layer. In case that support layer is of vegetable parchment we obtain Micro Top XS: this a laminate with very good properties of form both by hot and cold process. For coating lower radius of curvature than radius made with XS, you can use Micro Top XS morbido which is made using vegetable parchment but it is realized using more flexible resins. The product suitable for coating even lower radius is Micro Top XST, which is obtained replacing vegetable parchment with a non-woven fabric layer (tnt).

3.- Characteristics:    

Superficial melamine coating with high physical and chemical resistance, Possibility to reproduce all the decors and a lot of finishings of melamine-laminated panels, Applicable by different plants used in the coating field (we always recommend to test in advance) Radius of curvature that can be obtained: radius 90°C radius 180 °C

THIN FLEX

ultra-thin laminate for coating

1.- Product Class

Laminate for coating characterized by high flexibility.

2.- Description

Thin Flex is obtained laminating a layer of decorative paper which is previously impregnated with particular thermo-plastic resins and then the surface is spreaded with melamine resin. The particular characteristics of the resin used for the impregnation give the product a unique flexibility in its field and the melamine surface assures a good resistance against the superficial wear and tear To increase the thickness of the product without touching the characteristics of flexibility, you can laminate doubling with a layer of non-woven fabric (tnt).

3.- Advantages

4.- Applications

  

Superficial melamine coating that has a high chemical resistance, Possibility to repeat all the decors of the melamine-laminated panels Applicability by different plants (we always recommend to the customer to test first)

Thin Flex is an extremely flexible product suitable to coat all kinds of profiles (frame, skirting, door-jamb, staff-bead and so on) and vertical surfaces (doors and so on). It can be applied on chipboards, MDF and plywoods using all the usual gluing processes To avoid any delamination problem, we advise that the initial gramage of the decorative paper is lower than 80gr/mm The product is suitable for all standard uses in interior furnishings. The product is not waterproof.

5.- Sizes

Application with glues  Applicability with all kinds of glue used in the coating field; we recommend to test first, to check the plant conditions according to the quality of the gluing.   

Raw paper initial grammage: 60 – 80 gr/sqm Supplied in rolls with standard width: 65 and 130 cm Rolls length: 400 – 800 linear meters

6.- Technical characteristics

The technical characteristics are summed up in the table n° 1.

7.- Packaging and storage

Thin Flex is supplied in rolls, which are wrapped on cardboard cores with an inner diameter of 152 mm. and protected by shockproof packagings. Thin Flex can be supplied cut-to-rolls and packed in cardboard boxes. The stability of Thin Flex is assured for twelve months, if kept in its original packaging and in proper environmental conditions (temperature 10 – 25°C and relative humidity 50 – 60 %).

THIN TOP THIN TOP THIN TOP THIN TOP

post-formable laminate post-formable laminate and antistatic post-formable laminate and antibacterical post-formable laminate and anti-imprint

1.- Product class

Post-formable plastic laminate CPL.

2.- Description

The Thin Top is obtained by laminating a decorative paper with several layers of phenolic support depending on the required thickness; the decorative paper is impregnated with melamine resins.

Thin Top antistatic is characterized by the high laminate capacity to eliminate electrostatic charges, this is obtained activating the melamine resin with specific substances. For obtaining Thin Top antibacterial we use specific substances which have an authentic antibacterial action. Thin Top anti-imprint is obtained by laminating a specific decorative paper with several layers of phenolic supports depending on the required thickness. The decorative paper is subjected to specific surface treatments that lipofobe characteristics, for example fingermark doesn’t appear on the surface. Any possible little marks can be easily cleaned.

3.- Advantages

    

4.- Applications

Melamine impregnation with high chemical and mechanical resistance, Possibility to produce all the range of thicknesses from 0,4 to 1,8 mm, Possibility to reproduce all the decors with all the finishings of the melamine-laminated chipboard: Possibility to post-form Applicability with all kind of plants used in the filed of plating (we always recommend to the customer to test first).

Thin Top is a product particularly suitable for the coating of plain, vertical and horizontal surfaces, thanks to its post-forming property, it can be used to coat kitchen tops; it can be applied on chipboard, MDF and plywood using all standard gluing processes. The Thin Top can be used using as decorative a thin layer of real aluminum available in several finishings or a décor printing with a digital technology. Thin Top antistatic is used in all rooms in which electrostatic charges must be avoided. Thin Top antibacterial is perfect for furnishing public places like hospitals, laboratories, public toilets, etc ...
