TEXAS INDEPENDENCE DAY CELEBRATION!

First on our list is the Texas Independence Day Party on March 2. This lunch and learn event will be a celebration of the history and heritage of Texas, with a special focus on the Battle of the Alamo. Our special guest speaker, Tom Jackson, a local historian, will give an in-depth presentation on the events leading up to the battle, the battle itself and its significance in Texas history. His presentation will be both informative and engaging, and will provide a unique insight into this important chapter of Texas history.

In addition to the presentation, members will have the opportunity to socialize and enjoy an evening at the Clubhouse with live music from Natalie Rose and a variety of activities including tie dying t-shirts for the kids. The events will conclude with a sumptuous Texas-style dinner, ensuring that everyone leaves with a full stomach and a heart full of Texan pride!
