Our Remote Site team consists of four dedicated FM specialists however; the team is headed up by Sharlene Cross who has been working in this division since she started with CORE in 2014. Sharlene works with all major companies in the field and has developed a unique rapport with all Remote Site candidates all across the world.

SHARLENE CROSS Sharlene has been with COREcruitment since 2014 and she now heads up the Remote Site/Offshore division. Sharlene has been working with some of the largest contractors within the oil & gas and defence sector. Sharlene is our office kiwi who has been in London for five years now. In January 2017 Sharlene will be moving to our Canadian office but will continue to head up the Remote Site division. Sharlene graduated from the University of Otago with BCom Management and Marketing.
SARA PEARSON Sara has been given the opportunity to head up COREcruitment’s North American office in Vancouver where she’s from. She spent 12 years in the UK and loved her time working with COREcruitment. Now she’s back on home turf and excited to grow the COREcruitment brand across the pond.
BEATRICE FOREST-VALENTINE Beatrice joined the COREcruitment team in November 2012 and successfully completed our in-house training program.With an early career in France, Canada, and the UK in positions across front of house and F&B Division within luxury boutique and international branded Hotel Operations, Beatrice has gained an excellent knowledge of the Industry.
GEMMA EAMES Gemma joined COREcruitment in 2013, having previously worked as a Recruitment Manager at a charity agency. Gemma provides a range of FM services to help our clients find the support they need. Gemma spends time getting to know her client’s business intimately and gain a deep understanding of their needs. Gemma is currently working with a range of clients in the UK and internationally on all Head Office and Support roles from Human Resources to Marketing, IT, Digital, Sales...
