Spares Service Our rapid spare parts service gives you peace of mind in the unlikely event that you should ever have to replace a component part. Standards All of our multi-fuel stoves are compliant to EN13240 Installation Safety Any stove must be installed in accordance with local building regulations by a competent, qualified person. Failure to install a stove correctly can create a fire hazard and/or lead to serious injury or even death. A stove must be installed on a non-combustible surface, and sufficient ventilation must be provided. Minimum clearance distances as provided for in local building regulations must be observed. We recommend the installation of a carbon monoxide detector in any room where a stove or gas appliance is installed. Flue Systems The flue system is an important part of the installation. Consult a flue specialist for advice. A twin wall stainless steel liner

should be used within the chimney, and where possible insulated to improve performance. The immediate connection from the stove to the chimney must be with either cast iron or 24 gauge steel pipe, for a minimum distance as required by local building regulations. Routine maintenance Periodic cleaning of the flue/chimney system is important to maintain the performance and prevent chimney fires or poisonous gases from entering the room. All Grafton cast iron stoves are finished with a black, heat resistant paint, certified to over 600°c. When the stove is cool, a damp cloth should be used to clean the surface. Where applicable all Grafton stoves are supplied with German ‘Schott’ high temperature glass, certified to 800°c. Output All stove outputs shown are the maximum, factory tested. Actual output will vary from installation to installation, depending upon the installation location, flue system and type/quantity of fuel used. It is better to specify a larger stove and burn a smaller fire, than to have a smaller stove continuously running at maximum output.
