The need and importance of Executive coaching in China by Cornerstone

China is the second biggest economy today. This means that for the company it is a significant player in their achievements and an area not to be ignored. But on a grassroots level what does this appearance mean for the company and therefore management and how do executive coaches contribute? China is an industry where possibilities flow many. This makes it a very interesting position to be but also places where you can easily get distracted by the energy and enjoyment of all possibilities and drops focus.
