ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE
Kamran Zarghouni was just 15 years old when he and his family left Iran and came to America. He was full of dreams for his future and a willingness to work hard to achieve those dreams. When his Richard King High School counselor, Mr. Garcia, encouraged him to speak only English, Kamran accepted the challenge, learning the language in only three months. His hard work led to Kamran being recognized by his teachers and peers as one of the most achieved students in South Texas.
Helping his father, a home builder, opened Kamran’s eyes to the joy of serving others. They both shared a passion for helping people live out the American dream. While his dad’s passion led him into construction, Kamran’s passion fueled his desire to become a REALTOR®.
Although he was young, Kamran knew he wanted to spend his life serving others in the real estate world and that he wanted to be the best that he could be. Although he was too young even to become a licensed REALTOR®, Kamran knew he would not be satisfied until he became a real estate broker. That would give him the best opportunity to add the most value to his clients, fellow REALTORS®, and his community.
In preparation for living out his life’s purpose, Kamran completed the required classes and studied diligently. He became a licensed real estate agent as soon as he turned 18. Kamran knew that expanding his understanding of the best business practices would help him do the greatest good, so he earned

degrees in business administration and marketing from Texas A&M Corpus Christi and then earned his MBA from Texas A&M Commerce.
Passing the test when he was 21 made Kamran one of Texas’s youngest real estate brokers. His heart for the people he was serving made him one of the most passionate. He was, and still is, willing to make the sacrifices necessary to serve others with excellence. He has been a broker for 14 years, and his top goal is still to intentionally add value to others in everything he does.
As the team leader at KM Premier Real Estate, Kamran’s top priority is serving. To serve his team and give them the best support he can, Kamran has created a healthy family culture. Members are encouraged to have collaborative relationships and celebrate each other’s victories. He has cultivated a work environment free from negativity and feels like a home away from home.
To serve his clients, Kamran strives to provide each one with an in-depth analysis of their goals to guide clients in taking realistic steps. To serve his community, Kamran makes it a priority to support local businesses and give back to the Coastal Bend community while building relationships with his
team and those they are serving. One way they do this is through KM Cares. KM Premier Real Estate participates in annual backpack and turkey giveaways and is a regular supporter of Hope House, The Purple Door, and the Boys and Girls Club. Kamran loves giving back to children in the community and is passionate about ensuring that the next generation has a bright future, full of opportunities.

He is grateful and honored for the love and support of the community, whose encouragement and votes selected him as an influential Forty Under Forty by the Young Business Professionals of the Coastal Bend and chose him as the Corpus Christi Real Producers 2021 Broker of the Year. Kamran loves to read and learn and has earned multiple designations in real estate throughout his career. He is currently enrolled in Leadership Corpus Christi and serves as the Corpus Christi Planning Committee commissioner.
“Our business is competitive, and opportunities are endless,” Kamran explained, “but we don’t take any relationships for granted. We cultivate dynamic relationships at work and in the community. We are thankful for our supporters, our community, our friends, and our own families. I surround myself with people who look for the positive, and I love to create opportunities for life and put my love and passion into what I do. We can better ourselves and our next generation; we have an impact.”
Kamran said he is very grateful for his amazing wife and his parents because their love and support allow him to do all that he does. He also appreciates the support of his younger brother, who believes in him. Kamran humbly credited his parents for helping shape him into who he is today. He is thankful for those who have believed in him and says he wants to do the same for others.
Although he stays busy serving others, Kamran loves spending time with his two young children. He said that he enjoys the moments he has to share and show his love for his children. Seeing them play and grow helps him strive to be better, and he finds great joy and fulfillment in the memories they are making together. Kamran said that the happiness and excitement on his son’s face reshape his vision and mindset and help him strive to be an even better person.
Kamran shared, “Anything is possible when you work with the right mindset and do not have a fear of failure. Failure is not the end; it just means we have an opportunity to get better! I am grateful for those who pushed me to excel, but remember that it is up to you to believe in yourself and do the right thing! I hope my story inspires others, especially those who are young, that anything is possible! I try to be the best leader for my work family because I truly believe in the impact of what we do for others as we help reshape and re-form our community in a better way!”
