Brand Ethos
The brand's creation is the result of my love for the Chinese traditional culture, with a wish to spread Chinese culture through the combination of history and the modern, and settled down charm of typical elements in clothing. Inspirations come from the Forbidden City in Beijing, traditional painting ink and wash etc. which branching out into different series of design. This is a fashion store with simple style decoration and relaxing phenomenon. Teahouse is the feature of the store, it bring customers quiet elegant, antique shopping experience. Casual clothes and formal dress are suitable to meet people in different occasions. Background music will be played by sound of such as nature running water and birdcall, which also provide customer a moment of slow life.

SWOT Report
LOGO Design BRAND NAME: I used my boyfriend name’s letter and my name’s letter as the name for the brand. And I tired to lay out various typography and designed the letter to be logo as well.
FINAL LOGO DESIGN:
INSPIRATION: oracle bone script
Oracle bone script and tranditional stamp are both have a long cultural history in China. This form of Chinese character is quite painting like. So I designed my brand name ‘YK’ in this style and to be a logo. In order to make the ‘stamp’ more contemporary, I decided to use
black colour instead of red.
Shopping bag Design
I chose black colour based shopping bag for my brand because I think the colour is quite typical. I arranged the logo and the brand name in different places and chaged sizes of them. My final desicion is the middle one because this bag looks more interesting, with the logo were devided in two parts and I changed the transparency of it.
