We are proud to present the Normandy Hotel’s fantastic festive programme for 2012, which is set to be bigger and better than anything we have done before. This year we will be welcoming over 10,000 guests to one of our many parties and our festive programme is packed full with entertainment and delicious seasonal food to get you in the party spirit! There’s even parties before the festive season starts-so no one loses out! We have been blessed this year with the recognition as a “Top Live Entertainment Venue” at The Scottish Entertainment Awards 2012 and our enthusiasm has been reflected in our vision to be Scotland’s No.1 tribute and events venue. We are deeply committed to the support of our designated charities Macmillan Cancer Support & Yorkhill Children’s Foundation and look forward to our continued partnership with St Vincent’s Hospice & The Accord Hospice. Our pledge to donate funds from every ticket sold on specific Christmas events aligns our core values of supporting organizations which seek to improve lives and make a positive difference to society. Hogmanay Gala Ball... Monday 31st December The evening starts at 7.30pm with a complimentary glass of bubbly, Bucks Fizz or orange juice. Dinner served at 8.00pm with our Live Cabaret performing from 9.00pm with a tribute to the Rat Pack. Our Live Band and Resident DJ will follow playing all the classic hits before our Piper brings in 2013 to the sounds of the pipes at midnight. Haggis and Clapshot (vegetarian option available) will be served at 1.00am with dancing continuing til 3.00am. ÂŁ72.50 per person Children attending the event will be deemed as an adult in terms of pricing and will dine from the event menu provided.

Provisional Bookings A provisional booking will be held for 7 days then released. No prior notice will be given. Confirmation of Bookings A booking will be considered confirmed upon receipt of a non refundable or transferable deposit. Deposit is £10.00 per person for all events except Hogmanay Gala Ball which is £20.00 per person. Final Payments Final settlement for all events prior to 24th December 2012 is due by Monday, 5th November 2012. Final settlement for all events after the 24th December 2012 is due by Monday, 26th November 2012. Any payments not received by the allocated date given will be deemed cancelled, any paid deposits will be forfeited. Prior notice will not be given. Accommodation A non refundable or transferable deposit of £10 per adult will be required at the time of booking, when booking accommodation with event. The full payment for all accommodation will be due with the final event settlement. Guests who are attending the event but do not wish to book accommodation via the main party organiser are able to do so with full payment due at the time of the booking. Family Rooms are only suitable for up to 2 adults and 2 children per room. Check-in time is 2.00pm except January 1st which is 4.00pm. Check-out is 11.00am. Cancellation Cancellation of individual guests or party booking will result in deposits being forfeited, as all deposits are non-refundable or transferable. The final settlement of the event would require 21 days notice for any refund of the settlement to be applicable. Guest’s out with this notice period or not attending on the night will not be refunded.
Payment Methods Payments will only be accepted from the Main Party Organiser. Cheques should be made payable to the Normandy Hotel and will not be accepted within 10 days of an event taking place. Group Dining Groups of Less than 12 Guests may share a table with other parties –This does not apply to Christmas Day sittings or our Hogmanay Gala Ball. Seating requests will be taken but cannot be guaranteed. Drinks Pre Orders Pre Order forms will be made available to all event organisers. Pre Orders will be accepted until Friday afternoons at 3pm before the event takes place. All Pre Orders will be on your table for guests being seated. Kids Kids are only permitted to Christmas Day Events and the Hangover Bash. Hogmanay is applicable to Children; however for account purposes they will be charged the full event price. All Guests attending our Festive Party Nights & Festive Tribute Nights must be over 18. Disclaimer The Normandy Hotel cannot be held liable should the booking agent exercise their right to substitute a suitable alternative tribute act if the billed performer/s becomes unavailable. The Normandy Hotel reserves the right to cancel any event. In this circumstance an alternative date or full refund will be given. The Normandy Hotel reserves the right to operate bag searches & refuse admission. Dress Code The Normandy Hotel operates a dress code at all events. Trainers & T-shirts are not permitted at any event. Dress code for our Hogmanay Gala Ball is formal with a minimum requirement of a Shirt & Tie for all gents.
