THE BENEFITS OF PEER MENTORSHIP FOR MENTORS: Mentors benefit from training, social connection, volunteer hours, and leadership opportunities that benefit their developing resumes.
FOR MENTEES: The program enhances the college experience for participants during their time at College of the Rockies.
HOW IT WORKS: Mentors meet with their Mentees one-on-one approximately one hour per week. Group social events will also be organized by the Peer Mentorship Program. • If you are a new student looking for guidance, consider becoming a mentee. • If you are a returning student and would like to develop some leadership skills, consider becoming a mentor.
