A LETTER FROM THE EDITOR.
March is one of my favourite months. Even when wintry temperatures still thread their way through the days there are gentle and enchanting signs of spring appearing everywhere. It’s also my birthday month (and I love birthdays) then Cheltenham Festival and Mother’s
Day not long after – what more could I ask for? It’s just such a hopeful time of year with the promise of bank holidays, long evenings and balmy summer days yet to come.
This issue has been particularly special issue for me as I discussed our iconic Cheltenham Festival with some talented and engaging individuals for a special feature. From the broadcaster Sybil Ruscoe, to milliner Louise Pocock, I connect with individuals and businesses from our community in ‘Cheltenham Festival and Me’ on P** .

Kick-start your spring with my recipe for ‘Pea and Mint Soup’ on p** - a quick and easy dish with flavours that I find deeply comforting. On P** Find out ‘How to Feed Foxes’ with insight on how to enjoy wildlife without doing harm and, as usual, there’s something for our four-legged friends with ‘Enrichment- The Secret of a Happy Dog’ on P**.
Take care and I hope you find the time to enjoy March as much as I do. Do come and say ‘hi’ if you see me at the races! Mide x
