Kat currently sees individuals aged 14 to 50. She is particularly interested in helping those who have suffered from trauma, whether as a veteran or in their own homes and communities.
Creating a space where her clients can reconnect with themselves in mind, body and spirit is paramount to Kat’s therapeutic process.
Becky is a Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist, who offers nutritional assessments, medical nutrition therapy, and nutrition counseling in our Lemont office or via telehealth. She provides customized care for adolescents and adults.
Her clients feel safe and trust her based on her knowledge, experience, and education. She is able to build rapport with clients quickly and also has a wonderful ability to explain body processes and Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT).
Becky’s dietetic philosophy is an anti-diet approach that encourages and aligns with “Health At Every Size” beliefs and principles
When you meet Megan, you will feel at ease with her empathetic, creative, passionate nature. Her strengths include not only assessment and treatment planning, but also the ability to connect with her clients.
She works with individuals (ages 6-50), couples and families, while treating Anxiety, Depression, LGBTQ+ Issues, Race, Social Justice & Equity, Self-Esteem/SelfWorth and Women’s Issues.
She thoroughly enjoys learning about each and every client, and strives to incorporate the passions and interests of those she works with, into her treatment program.
Life can be stressful for children and young adults, oftentimes filled with excessive worries. Tiara is here to help individuals and families with depression and anxiety, trauma/PTSD and stress management, as well as low self-esteem, anger and life transitions.
Through a holistic approach to therapy she strives to promote transformational healing of the mind, body, and spirit.
She also incorporates play & art therapy, mindfulness, and yoga to help clients work through their challenges. We think you will find Tiara’s positive and warm energy to be conducive to healing and transformation.
Matt specializes in working with individuals aged 14 through 50 years old. He draws his inspiration from his own family’s struggles with mental health and prefers working with young adults, particularly those who are seeking help with issues related to the LGBTQ+ community or processing spiritual issues/questions.
He has experience helping clients overcome a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, LGBTQ+ issues, life changes/adjustments, men’s issues, religious/spiritual, and stress management.
Matt believes in empowering his clients and helping them understand themselves as the experts of their own journey
To Lindsay, therapy is a collaborative relationship in which she accompanies clients on their journey, and helps provide pieces to their roadmap of life.
She sees clients of all ages, including those with OCD, anxiety and self-esteem issues. In addition to traditional talk therapy, she uses art interventions to support her clients in exploring and processing their emotions in a way that words cannot always express.
Individuals who are open to exploring their emotions, and gaining insight into themselves through the use of art and creative expression would be a great fit for Lindsay.
Hanqi sees clients ages 14 to 50 and loves to work with individuals who are willing to explore different ideas and concepts, and excels at working collaboratively with all of the clients he treats.
He treats a wide range of presenting issues, including anxiety, depression, life changes/adjustments, parenting issues, race/social justice/equality, relationship issues, religious/spiritual concerns, and trauma/PTSD.
When you meet Hanqi in that first session, he will instantly begin to build that therapeutic relationship and alliance. This partnership is the cornerstone of his process
Nicole provides a warm and inviting environment for clients ages 6 and up. Her client-centered approach utilizes aspects of skill building, play, and helping clients build/redefine their narrative.
Nicole prioritizes building a strong connection with her clients in order to help them feel more comfortable opening up and addressing difficult topics in a safe and judgment-free space.
Other areas of focus that Nicole works with are anxiety, trauma, chronic pain, and athletes. She has also received her ADHD-Certified Clinical Service Provider (ADHD-CCSP) and helps clients understand and manage the difficulties of ADHD by providing support, education and guidance.
Rebecca helps individuals learn more about themselves and who they want to be, while providing a safe space and the tools to live their best lives.
Rebecca works with children as young as 6 years of age and up. She especially loves to work with adolescents or young adults who are figuring out their individual values and strengths while they navigate and cope with life transitions, anxiety or depression.
She specializes in ADD/ADHD, anxiety, depression, divorce/break-ups/relationship loss, life changes/adjustment disorder, self-esteem/self-worth and stress management issues.
Jennifer is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who practices from a holistic mental health viewpoint that incorporates mindfulness and bodywork with traditional therapy.
She specializes in working with women, particularly those dealing with chronic stress, anxiety, burnout, sleep difficulties, chronic pain, complex trauma, or PTSD, as well as working with children and adolescents
She acknowledges each client’s unique strengths, interests, needs and priorities. Each client is recognized as a warrior, invested in restoring their own health, vitality and happiness.
Kelly excels at making therapy enjoyable, and creating a space for children to feel safe and secure. She uses an array of techniques such as games, books, art and plays in order to best serve the needs of the client,
She provides therapy to children ages 6 through 18, as they go through life changes, or experience adjustment difficulties in school, with friends, or within their families. She works with individuals, as well as siblings and families
Her areas of expertise are working with clients who have experienced trauma or witnessed domestic violence or abuse. She also specializes in anxiety, depression, divorce, break-ups, relationship loss, life changes, self-esteem and self-worth issues.
Lara’s greatest strength lies in providing a safe, nonjudgmental space to allow clients to recognize, explore and understand the underlying patterns and insecurities that no longer serve them.
Clients she sees range in age from 14 to 50 years old. She strongly believes that all individuals are capable of great things, even if they have been obscured or limited through adverse experiences, anxiety, poor self-esteem or unhealthy patterns.
Areas of specialization include anxiety, athletes, body image issues, interpersonal issues, life changes/adjustment disorders, parenting issues, selfesteem and self-worth.
With over 16 years of experience in the counseling field with specific expertise in addiction and substance abuse, Gabriela is a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) who is bilingual (English/Spanish).
Gaby loves to work with clients 14+ and sees both individuals and couples. Additional specialties include ADD/ADHD, anxiety, depression, grief/bereavement/loss, relationship issues and trauma/PTSD.
