At Counseling Works, our approach to therapy is to work in the moment, the here and now. We focus on the issues that have brought the client into treatment, and we work together with the client to create immediate goals that will provide the ability to move forward through life with confidence.

Our goal is to help provide our clients with a greater understanding of why their presentday struggles exist and to uncover contributing factors from the broader tapestry of their life and history. Dealing with struggles in life can be stressful, but Haley is here to help. She believes that clients are the experts of their own lives, and brings an understanding, supportive, and nonjudgmental approach to therapy.

Her specialty resides in working with adults who are struggling with substance abuse, codependency, and family relationships. She also works with couples and is Gottman Level 1 Certified.

Haley creates a supportive, yet calming environment for her clients and helps them identify the areas of their life that they would like to work on, by helping them to develop healthy coping skills by both challenging and encouraging them.

With over 16 years of experience in the counseling field with specific expertise in addiction and substance abuse, Gabriela is a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) who is bilingual (English/Spanish).

Gaby loves to work with clients 14+ and sees both individuals and couples. Additional specialties include ADD/ADHD, anxiety, depression, grief/bereavement/loss, relationship issues and trauma/PTSD.

You’ll find an extremely supportive therapist in Gabriela, who will meet you where you’re at and walk you through changes, all while providing a safe environment to hold space for you.
