HEALTHY HEALTHYNEW NEWYEAR YEAR As the New Year approaches, many people begin planning for healthy resolutions and renewed commitment to their health & wellness goals. Many decide to finally quit smoking, lose excess weight and/or tackle health issues that have cropped up from poor nutrition, stress & bad habits. These are all things that most of us can relate to at some point in our busy lives. Luckily, we have many nutritional supplements and detoxification kits that can assist us in reaching these goals. To quit smoking, the resolve to attain healthy lung capacity and overall well-being can be supported by nutritional supplements that bolster lung health, such as herbal tinctures for improved respiration, omega-3s and herbs for healthy mucosal lining, and calming products for stress relief. In addition, there are many detoxification applications designed specifically to assist the soon-to-be ex-smoker in quitting the habit for good. To lose weight, spend some time examining your day-to-day eating habits, stress levels and activity & sleep patterns. It may be as simple as adding a digestive enzyme to your meal plan, or getting adequate protein throughout the day. The Nutrition Advisors at Country Grocer can help you determine the best course of action to attain and maintain a healthy weight for your age and activity level. Health is wealth! Whether you are looking for nutritional support to tackle your New Year’s resolutions, or simply aiming for vibrant health, check out the Nutrition Department at your Country Grocer to assist you in making positive changes for great health going forward. Happy Healthy New Year blessings from all of us at your Country Grocer. * This information is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
