A few years and about 2 billion dollars ago the Supreme Court ruled that the Beef Checkoff was Constitutional because it was part of commerce and would not be considered a tat. A few weeks ago in another case perhaps better left to the states, the court ruled that Obama care was not part of commerce but just another tax to be levied to citizens. Now actually neither of the two rulings makes each case constitutional and in each instance has evaded Justice for all. The law was made to serve the interests of a few, to enable them to plunder others. This saga is sure to be continued and in the end. Justice must be served. Bowman County Bulldogs Activities Department ImPACT Concussion Testing Bowman County Public School will again be using the ImPACT Concussion Testing for the 2012-2013 school year. Starting the 2011-2012 school year ALL students grades 7-12 participating in a sport must complete the ImPACT Concussion Test Program. The following students need to complete the ImPACT Concussion Test for the 2012-2013 school year. â&#x20AC;˘ ALL 7th grade students participating in a fall sport â&#x20AC;˘All Freshman participating in a fall sport (BCHS policy is to retest all student athletes before they participate during their Freshman year)
