NBTR serves individuals (ages 5 and up to adults) with behavioral emotional, mental and physical disabilities in Warren and surrounding counties through the power of horses. Our goal is to strengthen the minds, bodies, and souls of individuals by providing a recreational outlet that has therapeutic benefits. The responsibility of riding and caring for a horse encourages selfesteem, confidence and coordination. How to Clean Stainless Steel Mix 1 teaspoon of dish detergent and 1 quart hot tap water. Using a microfiber cloth, rub the detergent solution onto the marks in small sections, going with the grain. Rinse with clean hot water only, and dry immediately with a clean cloth. Apply a light coating and buff well to avoid any tacky buildup. Whatever you do, stay away from food-based oil, including vegetable and olive oil, because they can turn rancid. Spray a dry cloth with ammonia and vinegarfree window cleaner, and then wipe the surface clean.

Hoppin’ John 1 pound bacon, chopped 1 medium onion, diced 2 stalks celery, chopped 1 pound black-eyed peas, soaked overnight and drained 3 sprigs fresh thyme 1 tablespoon kosher salt 1 teaspoon black pepper 2 cups white rice Cook bacon in a heavy pot over medium heat. Remove from pot and place on paper towel to drain. Cook onion and celery in pot until soft. Add black-eyed peas and cover with water, then stir in thyme, salt and pepper. Bring to boil, then cover and reduce to simmer 45 minutes. Add uncooked rice and simmer, covered, 20 more minutes. Remove from heat and let rest covered for 10 minutes.
