Sam, owner of Crumbs to Creations, offers favours in addition to your wedding cake. Vanilla biscuits are always popular with couples as they can be embossed with your initials, new married name or double up as guest place settings with their names stamped into the icing. They can be any shape, iced with colour co-ordinating fondant and decorated to match your wedding cake.

Sam tells us, “Macarons have also been trending this year and can be coloured or have a cute satin bow on top to complement your colour scheme. Realistic sugar flowers are my most favourite handmade product to make, don’t worry if your favourite flower isn’t in season or in the colour that you love, I can make them in sugar to adorn your cake.”

S.R.E Favours and Guestbooks was set up in January 2023 in memory of owner Philippa’s dad, who she sadly lost earlier that year. The company offers an imaginative twist on the traditional guestbook from giant & mini Jenga to the message in a bottle concept. Lovely succulent favours presented in cute jars finished with a thank you tag made from plantable seed paper are currently very popular. These are part of the successful ‘Gift & Grow’ collection which consists of everything made from plantable seed paper from guest table quizzes, drink tokens, save the date cards, invitations and more...

Alice’s Boutique designs and creates bespoke designs that are made to order and measure. Alice tells us, “Our concept store gives you the opportunity to choose from a wide range of colours, fabrics and styles before you send through your measurements and let us craft the perfect fit. Our collection ranges from bridesmaid dresses, wedding dresses, special event dresses, jumpsuits, trousers, tops, skirts, swimwear and even loungewear! Made in Matrimony offers hand-crafted stationery. Based in Upminster, owner Vicky offers personalised wedding invitations, save the date cards, and thank you cards, as well as any ‘on the day’ stationery a couple would need. Vicky explains, “I have a select range currently of eight designs which can all be adapted to meet the colour scheme of the wedding. I also offer a bespoke service, which gives my clients a chance to have input on how their stationery looks and create something one of a kind for their day. I print, cut, stick, and craft all my designs by hand and love every moment of that. I decided to build Made in Matrimony after my own wedding, I simply loved the magic of it all, and wanted to be a small part of more. I can honestly say I feel excitement for new brides planning their day, and clients can be sure I throw as much enthusiasm into their invitations and stationery as I did my own.”
