Stretton Manor Barn is located on 22 acres of stunning countryside and offers the perfect setting for showstopping weddings. The venue, lovingly built in 2020 exclusively for weddings, provides a secluded and easily assessable location for all to enjoy. The team are on hand to help make the planning process more manageable while ensuring everything goes to plan at all events – meaning couples can relax knowing their day is in safe hands. The barn features natural and rustic materials, including reclaimed stonework, traditional timber cladding and handcrafted oak furniture. Guests love the fairylights, chandeliers, freestanding fire pits and outdoor heaters that all help to give the barn a beautiful and natural glow – perfect for capturing spectacular photo opportunities. The venue can host ceremonies with 100 people either in the stunning converted barn or on the outdoor terrace and lawned area overlooking the meadows. Continue the celebrations in the barn with 140 people who will love the open plan spaces and bi-fold doors that lead guests to panoramic views of the surrounding Derbyshire countryside.

Barlow Woodseats Hall is the perfect location to create unforgettable country weddings, from intimate to extravagant events. The original Tudor barn, dating back to 1530, is one of Derbyshire’s best-kept original cruck barns.

The team pride itself on offering a bespoke approach to special events; they’ll work with pairs to plan their perfect day just how they’d imagined it. The property can host smaller weddings of under 50 guests on Fridays and larger weddings of up to 100 on Saturdays.

Manicured gardens to the venue’s rear allow for outside ceremonies with the beautiful Hall in the background. Unspoilt views with the addition of a peacock make this setting extra special. Alternatively, the Cruck Barn offers a rural location for the vows. The warm and rustic atmosphere and wide-reaching views immediately put guests at ease.

With the on-site chefs, lovebirds can choose their own menu and drinks packages, whether they prefer formal or informal dining, with access to the best locally sourced produce. There’s ample outside space for guests to wander the stunning grounds of the Hall, with panoramic views across the valley to enjoy.

The eight en suite bedrooms let the main wedding party or guests stay over, while additional accommodation is available with glamping tents during the summer months.

Haarlem Mill is the perfect combination of industrial-style luxury and comfort. The building had been lovingly renovated to create a quirky urban venue for memorable weddings with a rural backdrop of rolling fields and grazing cows.

Weddings will be unforgettable thanks to the close-knit events team who will ensure everything runs smoothly. They’ll guide pairs every step of the way, from the first viewings to planning meetings and wedding days.

The former cotton mill was built by Sir Richard Arkwright in 1777 and is laid out over two floors. The Ceremony Room oozes historical charm and is a wonderfully intimate space for 60 to 128 guests with the same warm red brick seen throughout the mill, festoon lighting and lanterns down the aisle. After the vows, pairs can enjoy drinks and canapés on the private terrace (weather permitting) or in the upper bar.

The Banquet Room can seat between 60 and 128 guests for wedding breakfasts, with gorgeous wooden trestle tables and vintage school chairs. With festoon lighting, cutlery, crockery, glassware, a microphone and a sound system included, pairs can take advantage of the ladder installation in the ceiling and ample space to add to their own style.

The in-house catering team, Zest4Events, has a real passion for food. They’ve created a range of delicious seasonal menus to choose from. Whether lovebirds opt for comfort food or fine dining, it will be freshly prepared in the kitchen with love and ingredients sourced locally wherever possible. The room is also ideal for evening receptions, with plenty of seating and a large dancefloor. The team can accommodate up to 160 guests with many food and snack options to suit any style.

Once nearlyweds book their wedding, they’ll be invited to attend a tasting evening to sample various dishes from the menus. There will be live music and entertainment on the night, making it the perfect opportunity to experience the magic of Haarlem before the big day.

Hanbeck Farm offers a dream-worthy location for weddings, tailored completely around couples from midweek weddings to weekend dates. With one to three-day hire options, pairs will create memorable weddings surrounded by their nearest and dearests.

Nestled among picturesque gardens and a lake where couples can watch magnificent sunsets with their favourite tipple, the property can host 100 guests for ceremonies and 120 evening guests in the main wedding barn. The incredibly versatile space features bi-folding doors that open onto the private courtyard, perfect for garden games. The blank canvas space allows couples to get creative to bring their theme to life. For wedding breakfasts, couples can choose round or trestle tables and oak wooden cross-back chairs – all included in bookings. There’s a fully stocked bar, sound system and disco lights. If church weddings are preferred, Wilsford has a beautiful church that dates back to the 11thcentury and is mentioned in the Domesday Book.

The venue accommodates up to 22 people across five luxury selfcatering barns, plus two shepherd huts and a wedding cottage. With different packages available, there’s something for all nearlyweds!

For couples that book the venue, they’ll receive support from Amy Lauren Weddings, who will work with them throughout the planning experience and their special day to ensure stress-free events. The only thing couples will need to sort is a caterer, but the team works with several companies they can recommend for different styles and budgets. Pairs can also hire various items like a wooden love sign.

The Granary is a charming old threshing barn that has been sympathetically restored and is fully licensed for civil ceremonies with 85 people. Its delightful character is encapsulated within the red brick walls, oak beams and limestone detail – perfect for intimate celebrations. Receptions occur in the spacious Dutch Barn, which can seat up to 85 guests for wedding breakfasts and 140 for evening receptions. There’s plenty of space for a dancefloor and entertainment. The barn looks fabulous in images by combining subtle industrial steelwork with high barrelled ceilings and a fully glazed wall overlooking the open fields. The mezzanine lounge area completes the interior and features wooden floors, comfy sofas and armchair offset with glamorous chandeliers.
