Overlooking Holes Bay, the RNLI College is a bright and modern venue with a fabulous waterfront setting on the edge of Poole Harbour. Licensed for ceremonies, couples can choose from attractive rooms with bay views. The ground-floor Waterfront Suite has direct access to the sea terrace right by the water’s edge – great for post-vow drinks. The RNLI lifeboats moored on the pontoons make it the perfect backdrop for standout photos. The suite can accommodate up to 150 people for wedding breakfasts and an extra 50 in the evenings. For more intimate affairs, the Harbour View Suite provides a romantic setting for celebrations.

Those who book the venue for their special day will be offered a complimentary wedding-night stay in a harbour-view bedroom.

This versatile venue ticks all the boxes for couples looking for a stunning waterside location for their big day. Overlooking the Port Solent Marina, with views of the yachts, it’s a picture-perfect spot! Even outside seating allows pairs to make the most of the setting. The waterfront terrace and patio are perfect for drinks receptions or barbecues in the warmer months.

The contemporary furnishing inside the bright and airy space includes a bespoke bar made from reclaimed railway sleepers and a feature ceiling. Ceremonies are held in the Regatta Room or the larger Ocean Suite, which can host up to 120 family and friends for the “I dos” followed by sit-down meals. For larger receptions with up to 300 guests, a marquee can be attached to the side of the property.

Located in Portsmouth, Boathouse 7 is a charming venue providing the ideal setting for large weddings with 350 to 450 loved ones.

The restored historic boathouse can host wedding breakfasts and receptions to help couples celebrate in style. The kitchen brigade has developed menus with locally sourced and elegantly presented cuisine. Guests will love the experience of celebrating on dry land as the water of the harbour laps beneath.
