Phoenice Fields are set within the beautiful Trust Reserve of Norbury Park, which lies within the Surrey Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Located just outside Leatherhead, it offers the benefit of nearby accommodation and great transport links. The space combines idyllic, expansive views, with a feeling of total seclusion. It’s exceptionally peaceful and offers plenty of space for camping, guest parking, an outdoor blessing and tipi or marquee.
Access is via a rural track that quickly transports guests from town to countryside, and couples can take advantage of the long grasses and wildflowers in the field and the pretty woods just outside the tree-lined field for their photos.
Celebrant-led ceremonies can take place in whichever part of the field couples choose with a flower arch, ceremony tipi or similar providing a focal point, and guests can be seated on bales or chairs, depending on preference.
Receptions are held in the desired structure ie tipis/marquee, this is ‘blank canvas’ wedding in its purest sense! Fiesta Fields offers full flexibility for choice of suppliers so couples can piece together every element of their reception. A tipi or marquee is generally supplied with matting, lighting, tables, chairs, dancefloor, with other finishing touches available, ready for couples to add flowers and décor. The team bring a wealth of event and project management experience, along with creativity, attention to detail and a knowledge of local suppliers; offering full or partial coordination or an essentials package that includes land hire, power, loos, security and on-the-day coordination. Cream canvas tipis are offered through Feista Field’s sister company Canvas & Light (https://canvasandlight.co.uk).
