Steeped in history, Epsom Downs is a unique one-of-a-kind location set in beautiful leafy Surrey. One of the UK’s most historical racecourses, and the home of the greatest flat race in the world, The Derby, it’s often frequented by the Royal Family; imagine saying ‘I do’ in the very room the Queen would cheer on her horses!

Blessed with acres of outdoor space, the venue boasts numerous terraces, patios and balconies all with magnificent views across the racecourse and the Surrey Downs. In addition, the Parade Ring and racetrack will be at your disposal, to ensure you make memories that will last a lifetime.

When tying the knot here, couples have numerous bright, modern and airy suites to choose from accommodating parties of all sizes; many with floor-to-ceiling windows showcasing stunning views of the racecourse.

Sweeping staircases, outside terraces and a plethora of racing memorabilia make it a picture-perfect venue, along with the impressive architecture of the imposing Duchess Stand and infamous Queen’s Stand.

Ceremonies take place in the following spaces, Blue Ribband Room for up to 150 loved ones, Royal Box (90), Derby Suite (250), Downs View Suite (120). Post-vows, the wedding breakfast and reception can be hosted in Diomed for up to 300 guests and the space works well coupled with the Lammtarra for your drinks reception; alternatively The Blue Riband Room holds 250, The Jockey Club Room 200 and Oaks Hall 500 to 700.

Set in the heart of Richmond-Upon-Thames on the south bank of the River and adjacent to Kew Gardens, Royal Mid-Surrey Golf Club is a romantic location with a small private sunken garden providing the perfect setting for big-day gatherings and photos.

Although you can’t tie the knot here, the Viscount Room is ideal for your wedding breakfast. It boasts full-length windows and a balcony overlooking the picturesque golf course and beautiful surroundings. It can host 180 seated guests and 200 standing loved ones.

Situated in the historic village of Pyrford, the venue is set in a peaceful location in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in the Surrey countryside. The perfectly landscaped golf course winds its way around ancient woodlands and 23 lakes, you’ll be spoilt for choice in capturing your dream wedding day photos. The new entrance leads visitors into the venue’s newly refurbished exclusive-use venue.

Inside the décor is simple, elegant and contemporary with large windows and bifold doors allowing the natural light to illuminate the space, framing the outstanding views of one of its many lakes. It’s a beautiful yet blank canvas allowing you to personalise the space. The Lake View and Alliss Suite are both licensed for ceremonies seating up to 150 loved ones, and offer views across the water. Transition from your ceremony to your reception seamlessly, the Alliss Suite can hold 150 guests for the wedding breakfast and more than 250 for the evening. With an in-house catering team offering mouth-watering canapés, a traditional three-course wedding breakfast, or more relaxed options like barbecues and hog roasts, couples can rest assured their wedding catering is in safe hands. What’s more, when booking this big-day venue couples can enjoy a complimentary wedding tasting for two, and use of a golf buggy to capture the perfect photos on the day.

Tucked away in acres of woodlands, Burhill’s Georgian mansion has ample picture-perfect spots such as a bridge over the River Mole and a terraced area with stunning views over picturesque grounds.

For the big day the Barnes Wallis Suite, situated on the first floor, has an elegant archway entrance and two magnificent bay windows overlooking the golf course. It can accommodate up to 120 guests for a ceremony and 100 for a wedding breakfast.

Steeped in history and located on the ground floor, Iveagh Lounge is an impressive room featuring an open fireplace, French doors revealing a sweeping terrace and picturesque views. Accommodating up to 150 loved ones, it’s a great space for an evening reception.
