Kerry and Scott met 16 years ago.

“I was attracted to Scott’s sense of humour; if you ask Scott what he was attracted to, I’m pretty sure he would say my behind,” laughs Kerry. “Scott proposed in October 2020 with the help of our eldest son. We were at home, and Scott got our eldest to spell out ‘marry me’ in wooden letters, and then they presented me with a ring.”

The at is a beautiful venue that we could personalise to make our own. It felt very relaxed, which reflected us as a family, and who owns the venue, made us feel like we had been friends with her for a lifetime.

We were so excited and couldn’t wait to enjoy the day with our family and friends.

Our favourite moments were the ceremony and doing Guinness shots at the end of the night.

Dan Greenaway played live music throughout the day to keep our guests entertained. The best man sang Tribute by Tenacious D with him.

Our close friend from Canada married us, which was very unique and personal to us. It made everyone laugh and talk afterwards.

As we had our children there and lots of others, we hired a bouncy castle, giant Lego, and trikes to keep them entertained.
