WHAT TO EXPECT Hellaby Hall Hotel retains the charm and character of the original 17th century Manor House with contemporary extension. The use of York stone used throughout the building seamlessly blends old and new and the main hotel is surrounded by sculptured gardens. Located in beautiful countryside surroundings, the grounds are perfectly landscaped as a memorable backdrop for your photographs and for your guests to meander through during your drink’s reception.

TIME TO CELEBRATE Hellaby Hall Hotel only hosts one wedding per day which ensures the team is dedicated to the couples and can offer wedding exclusivity.

The Bramley Suite seats 120 guests for your wedding breakfast and 150 for your evening reception, beautifully decorated to complement your own arrangements for your special day. The Garden Suite provides a more intimate wedding for up to 80 wedding breakfast guests and 100 evening reception guests with superb views of the landscaped gardens.

Finally, the Drawing Room is a more intimate experience, with fantastic views over the landscaped front lawn it can accommodate up to 30 guests for a civil ceremony. For your reception, the Colonial Suite has large, draped windows offering natural daylight and a feeling of sheer opulence. This magnificent area seats up to 250 guests for a large wedding breakfast and 350 guests for the evening reception. Equipped with its own bar, air conditioning and dancefloor, the Colonial Suite offers privacy in stylish surroundings.

WE LOVE The Four Poster Bridal Suite located in the original house has original furniture and a stunning view of the grounds plus stand-alone bath and separate shower.

WHAT TO EXPECT The Earl of Doncaster is a four-star hotel decorated with an Art Deco finish, retaining many of the late ’30s characteristics, with a strikingly beautiful and timeless glamour. There are rooms to suit all guests from the modern Concorde Suite to the grand and glamorous Ballroom

TIME TO CELEBRATE The Earl is licensed to hold civil marriages and civil partnership ceremonies in two elegant settings. The Ballroom is the largest room, creating a magical and grand atmosphere with ceremonies and receptions for up to 180 guests.

The Ripon and Wetherby Suite has a much more modern and romantic feel, with the room creating a romantic atmosphere for up to 70 guests.

Furthermore, the Concorde Suite is perfect for your reception; a strikingly beautiful and modern room on the ground floor. This room holds access to a private bar in the lobby area, creating the best of both worlds mixing modern with a ’30s Gatsby theme.

WE LOVE Located behind the hotel is a beautiful park, with a long walkway and water fountain, perfect for wedding photos.

WHAT TO EXPECT The Picture House Venue still has the feel of an old theatre with plenty of character. Overlooking the main hall are the backlit original industrial windows. The outside of the venue is finished in dark grey with wooden panelling around the entrance. the town hall. Receptions can take place in one of two rooms. Upstairs is great for a more intimate wedding, holding 50 seated comfortably and even has an outside terrace. The downstairs space holds 120 seated and has a great rustic, classic vibe with a large marble bar stretching down the top of the room. There’s even a small courtyard downstairs, ideal for cocktails or serving your hog roast or BBQ.

WHAT TO EXPECT Built in 1772 and steeped in history, Aston Hall Hotel has been lovingly restored and updated with a modern, contemporary design which is high in style whilst remaining a neutral backdrop for your wedding, keeping the original features very much intact to become a luxury hotel. The venue is surrounded by 55 acres of landscaped gardens and woodland.

TIME TO CELEBRATE The Lagonda suite offers flexibility in setup and size. This stunning room seats up to 200 for your wedding breakfast and 250 for your evening reception. Boasting a large dancefloor, contemporary neutral tones and with its own bar, Lagonda offers privacy in stylish surroundings.

The Virage Suite is in keeping with the look of the hotel and its original character, as well as being finished off to a high specification. The room is surrounded by floor to ceiling windows and a skylight stretching the full length of one end of the room, creating that feeling of natural daylight and ample amounts of space. It hosts wedding breakfasts for up to 100 guests and 150 for your evening reception.

WE LOVE Aston Hall has a church in the grounds, and is also licensed to offer outdoor ceremonies between April and September in the beautiful Pagoda on the front lawns of the hotel.

WHAT TO EXPECT This old coaching inn has been lovingly restored to create a beautiful rustic space for weddings and functions. It has a contemporary decked area which is the perfect place to relax and unwind with friends whilst watching the world go by. There is a private outdoor space for each of the private function rooms. 60, is a quirky space for weddings where you can wow your guests with the beautiful setting and the magical fairylights. Finally, the Talbot Suite, about to undergo an extensive renovation, has seating for 80 and has its own private entrance and exudes feelings of grandeur.

Wedding receptions are available in any of the three spaces. There’s also the option to hire the entire venue, having access to both the tipi and the Talbot Suite, allowing you to move seamlessly between the rooms.

WE LOVE The tipi is an amazing addition to the venue. This can be a relaxed, chilled out space or dressed up into a Nordic wonderland. Fully heated and much bigger than it looks, enjoy the rustic feel of this spectacular setting. 23
