ENDLESS LOVE

Our number one wedding goal was to wow our guests.

Each guest was given chocolate squares with personalised labels for favours and flower seeds to represent our love blooming.

When it came to finding a wedding venue, we wanted a local establishment to support our hometown. We ended up picking The Parish Church of St Mary the Virgin for our ceremony and The Bell Inn Finedon for the reception.

Our table plan was quite relaxed to allow people to sit wherever they wanted; we decided to have our children on the top table with us.

My daughter Alyssa wore a eucalyptus headband while Alex and our son Alfie had white roses and gypsophila for buttonholes.

Our transport for the day was a Rolls Royce Silver Cloud III. We had a naked-style cake with white chocolate and raspberry flavours.

I picked a strapless wedding dress and added a few details, including a sparkly belt.

Alyssa looked beautiful in a long, dusky pink dress. We both woke up so excited and didn’t feel nervous until closer to the ceremony.

The Bell Inn went above and beyond to make our day extra special.

One of Alex’s favourite moments during the day was a private photo session with me at his grandfather’s windmill.
