Located on four acres, the Woodland Manor House is a historical property that dates back to the 1800s and offers lovebirds the perfect location to tie the knot.

Arrive in style with the venue’s helipads at the rear of the property and wow guests with a dramatic entrance that will get everyone talking for years to come.

The house features large-bay windows, a grand entrance proudly displaying the Fitzpatrick family crest and climbing shrubbery – it really is the ideal backdrop to events. A dedicated wedding coordinator is on hand throughout the planning journey to help and support couples.

With multiple function rooms, each with traditional-high ceilings, original fireplaces and modern touches, couples can choose the perfect location to match different wedding themes. Say “I do” in the property’s largest room, the Autograph Suite, which leads straight out onto the garden terrace. The space features a full-length bay window, a marble fireplace and can also be used for receptions with 119 people. Or why not exchange vows in the Library or the Conservatory surrounded by 30 loved ones? These areas are excellent options for intimate nuptials and can also be hired for extra reception space in the evenings if needed. For more grand affairs, couples can hire a marquee to use in the garden area.

The original house has been extended by adding extra on-site accommodation for guests, so loved ones won’t have to worry about travelling home after the celebrations. Guests can retreat to the 34 bedrooms, including a stunning bridal suite and a small cottage on the grounds with three rooms.

Pairs can hire a tipi or marquee on The Lawn in front of the family-owned Victorian Farmhouse, which provides a picture-perfect backdrop. Here guests can enjoy lawn games while creating life-long memories.

TEWIN COUNTRY WEDDINGS

With stunning views over Hertfordshire, Tewin Country Weddings is a marquee wedding venue that’s perfect for boho and rustic-style weddings.

The property has a blank canvas, which allows pairs to create bespoke weddings to fit in with certain themes or colour schemes. Pairs will have exclusive use of the property with ample car parking, and the option of overnight camping if desired.

Set in a beautiful meadow field, loved ones will discover the stunning three-pole traditional marquee, which is fully lined and has hardwood flooring. Guests will love the handmade rustic bar inside as well as the rustic outside bar in the garden area. Fenced off with sheep hurdles, this space features festoon lighting, hay bales, two firepits, power and luxury mobile toilets.

The venue doesn’t have a ceremony licence, but the marquee can accommodate 150 people for wedding breakfasts and 200 for receptions.
