Eaves Hall is a remarkable building surrounded by 13 acres of glorious gardens and lush parkland. Inside the hotel is the Ballroom, a grand space with wood panelling and a private bar, which can hold 120 guests for the vows.

Alternatively, the Pendle Room can be used. This space is exquisitely decorated, flooded with natural light and has room for 60 nearest and dearest.

Al fresco celebrations are held outside on the Bowling Green with up to 120 friends and family or on the Veranda to the front of the building.

Receptions take place in the main building and can accommodate 120 loved ones for the wedding breakfast and 250 for the evening reception.

The Pagoda, a white building decorated with planters, is available throughout the year, depending on the weather, and can hold 145 seated guests.

Heskin Hall is a Tudor manor house situated in acres of charming countryside. There are plenty of places for guests to explore, including the lawns, enchanting woodland and garden terrace that overlooks the countryside. The property was built using hand-made brick and boasts a relaxed atmosphere and a grand doorway which leads into the ceremony room. has a feature ceiling, period doors, a spacious bar and lots of natural light.

Alternatively, the Woodland Dell to the side of the building, can be used.

Receptions are held in the Conservatory. It can seat up to 120 loved ones for formal dining and is turned around within 30 minutes for evening celebrations. The large Lounge with Chesterfield sofas and a bar can also be used by friends and family.
