Gibbon Bridge Hotel is nestled within 23 acres of award-winning gardens and is situated within the Forest of Bowland and Ribble Valley. CELEBRATE IN STYLE Indoor civil ceremonies are held in the light and airy Orangery with seating for up to 100 guests. The room is decorated with a flower wall, blossom trees and voiles, which creates a fairytale setting for any couple.
Outdoor celebrations take place at the Garden Bandstand. Dressed with voiles, it has seating inside for up to 20 friends and family with room for more than 100 loved ones to sit outside and watch the ceremony.
The Conservatory, overlooking the terrace with its outdoor seating and superb views, is the perfect space to host a wedding breakfast. It’s capable of accommodating 130 nearest and dearest inside or, with the addition of a marquee, up to 200. Adjoining the Conservatory is a comfortable bar area with a log fire for the winter months and space for guests to relax and mingle.
WE LOVE... The venue offers special accommodation rates for guests staying the night of the wedding and couples for their first anniversary. There’s also a helipad available for those wanting to make a grand entrance.

Cumbria Stretch Events is based in Carlisle and is available throughout Cumbria and South West Scotland. The stretch tents are a great alternative and allow couples to create a cosy, intimate feel or host a larger gathering. The tents are made up of a waterproof fabric that can withstand harsh weather conditions and UV protection for a hot summer’s day. The sand-coloured fabric enhances the scenic surroundings, and couples can choose from either bamboo or aluminium poles. Located in the Lancashire countryside, The Tipis at Riley Green is hidden away within eight acres of Riley Green Meadows. The property started as a farmer’s meadow and has been turned into a magical wedding space with a natural stone entrance, bespoke electric gates, mature oak trees, a hidden car park and light festooned walkways.
