Charlotte Mills | www.charlottemills.com
Charlotte Mills designs luxury bridal shoes in Manchester that are handcrafted by highly skilled artisans in Spain in a family run factory that has been making shoes for more than 50 years. The collection features a range of different heel heights, from comfortable low and mid-block to elegant high heels.
Each pair of Charlotte Mill’s shoes are hand-finished with an original silver sixpence embedded in the sock, and the luxurious leather soles are delicately embossed with the phrase: Something old, something new, something borrowed, something blue and a silver sixpence in her shoe. The something old is the silver sixpence, the something new is your shoes, something borrowed is an envelope they provide which can be sent back with a picture of you in your shoes, and your something blue is the blue detailing in the in-sock.
Charlotte hopes that every bride falls in love with her wedding shoes and will treasure them forever as a keepsake of their special day.
Get in touch to book an appointment to have an uninterrupted hour with a dedicated bridal stylist who will help you find your dream bridal shoes.

Lancashire-based Bespoke & Oak was set up when owner Clare created her own table plan from a rustic wooden board 10 years ago. She added some handwritten slates, and the core of her business began – wood and handwriting.
Clare sells her laser engraved wooden products and handwritten crackers across the UK and abroad. Products range from a personalised wedding day rounders kit to alternative guest books and handwritten cracker place settings that are perfect as favours.
All bespoke and made to order, Clare and her small team create personalised products to suit all your wedding needs. They are keen to work alongside brides and grooms to develop new ideas from their core range.
Next year will see product development across their ranges with a particular focus on their handwritten products. They are keen to look at new ways to decorate the table and offer items that are both versatile and eye-catching.

Cumbria-based Silver Lake Jewellery creates bespoke pieces of earrings, necklaces, bracelets and rings. Catherine Allen tells us more about her company: “I always get to know the person, their likes, dislikes and style before I design and make their jewellery. I feel this is crucial in producing the right piece for them. I specialise in recycling unworn jewellery that I turn into a cherished item that you can wear every day. Not only is this kinder to the environment, but it also means that inheritance jewellery can be re-purposed to be enjoyed once more and then passed onto the next generation. I love all styles and genres of jewellery, and I’m always open to the idea of using unusual materials.”
