What to expect Harewood House is fortunate to sit in the midst of 100 acres of outstanding natural beauty. Upon arrival, you’re greeted by the grandeur of the magnificent Georgian house, making it a magical and memorable entrance. The glorious terrace sits at the back of the house, commanding breathtaking views over idyllic countryside.

Time to celebrate For ceremonies, the Stewards Room boasts vibrant walls and beautiful historical pieces, from its shelves of the finest porcelain, to the classical fireplace. This space can host up to 80 guests.

The Billiard Room has a more classic beauty, with its elegant wallpaper and views of the terrace. This space can host up to 60 attendees. The Gallery epitomises Harewood’s elegant grandeur and the walls are adorned with one of the best, private Renaissance art collections in the UK. This space welcomes up to 100 guests.

For the reception, the impressive Sperry Tent, located on the North Lawn with beautiful views of the house, can host up 140 seated, with space for a dancefloor, and up to 230 for an evening reception.

THE GREAT VICTORIA HOTEL

What to expect The Great Victoria Hotel was built in 1867 as a Railway Hotel and offers a grand and hospitable environment. There are several majestic suites to host your special day from a civil ceremony or intimate wedding breakfast to larger events for up to 150 guests.

Time to celebrate The Carmargue Suit is the venue’s most popular room for civil ceremonies. With two original fireplaces, golden chandeliers and floor to ceiling pillars, it can accommodate 40 people.

The Corniche Suit, used for both ceremonies and receptions, offers a true Victorian feel coinciding with the rest of the Victorian building. The room is full of character and blanketed by wooden panelling.

The Velasco Suit, suitable for both the ceremony and reception, is a selfcontained space with stairs leading down into the function room and hosts its own bar and toilets. With a modern and contemporary flair, the décor is refreshing and neutral allowing you to add your personal touches.

What to expect If you want rustic combined with luxury, a touch of industrial chic and plenty of fairylights, you’re in the right place! Wharfedale Grange is situated on a picturesque 25-acre flower farm between Leeds and Harrogate. Outside the farmhouse, you’ll find a classic English garden with an abundance of waist-high cow parsley throughout May and June.

Time to celebrate Ceremonies can take place in the romantic North Barn amid thousands of twinkling fairylights or outside under the venue’s beautiful Yorkshire oakframed arbour, complete with vintage chandelier. The South Barn is Wharfedale’s impressive wedding breakfast and reception room, complete with rustic trestle style tables, lavish lighting, luxury furnishings, upper mezzanine and an awesome copper glitterball!.

We love! The Cart Barn is home to an exclusive, fully-equipped designer cocktail bar. THE OLD BARN AT ESHOLT

What to expect Formally a working 18th century Yorkshire stone-built barn, the venue is superbly presented, retaining most of its original characters with beautiful open beams, wrapped in fairylights and high draped ceilings. It has a large gallery staircase with roses entwined around the balustrades and an integrated dancefloor together with a modern lighting and sound system.

Time to celebrate The Old Barn at Esholt can accommodate up to 120 guests for a ceremony, formal dining and banqueting events and up to 220 for informal parties over two floors. It offers the beautiful downstairs area for smaller more intimate events where it can accommodate up to 50 guests at a time. The menu options within this information guide are priced per person. All menus can be tailored to requirements and dietary needs without you having to compromise your menus.
