Located on a private estate in a picture-perfect village of stone cottages, Hooton Pagnell Hall is eight miles from Doncaster, 30 miles from Leeds and 22 miles from Sheffield.

At Hooton Pagnell Hall you have the opportunity to have your ceremony in either the Summer House, Tithe Barn (boasting a capacity of 120 guests), the Main Hall or The Pavilion, which allows for you to exchange your vows with the backdrop of seasonal flowers and delicate birdsong.

TIME TO CELEBRATE Receptions take place in the Tithe Barn, welcoming an evening capacity of 150. The light-stone walls, original wagon wheels and oak wooden beams gives this barn a light and romantic feel. Retaining the original character of a Medieval barn with a new-found elegance – the Tithe Barn at Hooton Pagnell Hall was unveiled in spring 2018.

WHAT TO EXPECT Set in 129 acres of beautiful Yorkshire countryside on a working agricultural farm sits this traditional stone-built barn which has been renovated to provide a flexible, spacious venue without losing its true rustic charm.

TIME TO CELEBRATE When dressed with bespoke fabrics, candles and flower arrangements, The Barn is a perfect setting for romantic blessings or the ultimate civil ceremony. Follow a beautiful ceremony with champagne and canapés in the Courtyard Marquee and toast the happy couple in style!

WE LOVE Past The Barn and St Katherine’s Church, the Wedding Meadow is located within farmland as far as your eye can see. This meadow accommodates large bespoke events, plus The Hideaway Hut and space for camping to accommodate guests attending events.

Accessed through lockable gates, the private road leads down a track to the 35-acre meadow which is available to hire for the sole use of your wedding party.

WHAT TO EXPECT The Kings Croft’s function rooms boast elegance. With two large function rooms to choose from and two smaller and more intimate rooms, the venue can cater for all. In keeping with the Grade II listed building, the function rooms are finished to the highest standard – and still pose some of the original features of when it was a home.

The stunning grounds are set in eight acres of Yorkshire countryside with ample photo opportunities. The outdoor wedding ceremony pavilion is set at the peak, and gazes over the rolling Pennines – a perfect setting for your memorable day.

TIME TO CELEBRATE The King’s Suite welcomes 200 people for the day reception (250 to 280, evening). There’s also the option to use a partitioning wall should you have smaller numbers to create more atmosphere. The Queen’s Suite hosts 90 people during the day (120 people night). Originally a pool house when it was a home, expect a fabulous ballroom style.

For more intimate weddings, the Duke & Duchess smaller function rooms can cater for up to 14 guests.

Furthermore, outdoor dining domes have proved very popular − perfect for bridal parties staying the night prior to their wedding who may want a lighter meal but something still really special. There’s also the outdoor gin and fizz horsebox bar as standard.

WE LOVE The outdoor wedding pavilion is a 360-degree glass structure that seats up to 80 people inside with additional seating available outside. With heating and air-conditioning plus a full PA system it overlooks the Pennines and a stunning lake.

WHAT TO EXPECT With a total of 16 function suites, Castle Park has something to suit every occasion. The 1,500-seat stand and full-size professional pitch are both spectacular features whether you’re a rugby fan or not. The £2.2million De Mulder Lloyd stand was built in 2009 and is home to two modern, glass-fronted suites, while the original Clubhouse has a more traditional vibe. All spaces have an airy feel and private balconies.

Set among 22 acres of parkland, there are endless picture-perfect spots. The house and grounds are immaculately maintained and have seasonal floral displays. TIME TO CELEBRATE The Twickenham Suite (80 guests) is the most popular ceremony room because of its separate bridal entrance and location next to the main reception room. The Clubhouse Suite (200 guests) is a particular favourite for sports fans as the floor-to-ceiling windows look out over the first-team pitch.

Arms Park Suite is most commonly chosen for post-vow celebrations due to its large size and versatility. The large dancefloor and bar make it ideal for parties.

WHAT TO EXPECT Set on the outskirts of a south Yorkshire village, Burntwood Court sits on the border between west and south Yorkshire. There’s a large patio area with bandstand and outdoor swing, making it a perfect backdrop for photographs.

Couples can choose from a selection of wedding ceremony rooms however the on-site chapel is beautiful, ideally positioned within the gardens, boasting oak beamed high ceilings and vast floor to ceiling windows looking out on to the local countryside.

TIME TO CELEBRATE The Brierley suite is the perfect place for a traditional wedding setting: a grand suite with a modern twist, offering high ceilings and crystal chandeliers looking out onto the gardens.

Pre-reception drinks can be served within The Conservatory or on sunnier days around the bandstand and patio areas. The Brierley Suite can be adjusted in size and boasts use of a private bar, conservatory and spacious patio area. The perfect area to host both your daytime and evening reception, with space for a dance floor, disco and stage for live entertainment if required.

The Qube Restaurant is the ideal venue for a contemporary wedding setting. The cocktail bar and restaurant offers a modern dining option with a large glass balcony to soak in the sunsets over the Yorkshire countryside while the ground floor Orangery boasts an informal dining area with outdoor kitchen, pizza oven and firepit.

For larger evening receptions, the ground floor be can be utilised for up to 300 guests. The space includes a large dancefloor, stage, sofa booths and two bars making it ideal to continue your wedding celebrations well into the evening.
